Queste condizioni disciplinano l’uso di BeauPDF, pubblicato da EURL ZENATI, i cui recapiti figurano nelle note legali. Sono accessibili prima di avviare un’elaborazione.
Il servizio trasforma documenti con gli strumenti disponibili. Prima di caricare o elaborare file serve un account con email verificata. Le funzioni indicate come non disponibili non possono essere usate.
Funzionamento
Scegli uno strumento, aggiungi i file necessari, regola le opzioni proposte e avvia l’elaborazione. I formati accettati e i vincoli specifici di ogni strumento sono indicati nella sua interfaccia.
I limiti generali sono 50 MB per file, 50 MB per l’insieme dei file, 50 file per elaborazione e 500 pagine PDF in totale. Ulteriori limiti di volume, durata e complessità possono comportare il rifiuto di un’elaborazione.
Il servizio non è uno spazio di backup. Conserva gli originali e scarica i risultati necessari. Il periodo di disponibilità dei file è descritto nella informativa sulla privacy.
Optional account
You can create a free account or sign in with an email address and a one-time code received by email. Use an address you control and keep your codes confidential; temporary or disposable addresses are refused. The account is used to find your data again on several devices.
You can delete your data, or your account with all its data, from your account. Deleting data from the service does not erase copies you have already exported or downloaded.
Account e spazio personale
Per caricare ed elaborare file serve un account identificato. File e registri vengono conservati per 30 giorni dalla rispettiva creazione, fino a 1 GB e 1.000 file per account, inclusi caricamenti e risultati.
Puoi eliminare i file e richiedere l’eliminazione dell’account dal tuo profilo. Per eliminare l’account serve una verifica recente dell’email. In caso di interruzione, devi riprendere l’eliminazione dal tuo spazio. Eliminare i file dal servizio non cancella le copie già scaricate o condivise.

Risultati e limiti
Controlla il contenuto, l’impaginazione e le proprietà del file ottenuto prima di usarlo o trasmetterlo. La qualità dipende in particolare dal documento iniziale, dai caratteri, dalle tabelle e dalla presenza di testo estraibile.
- Le conversioni nei formati per ufficio ricostruiscono il contenuto; non garantiscono una riproduzione identica del documento.
- Gli strumenti basati sull’estrazione di testo non riconoscono il testo di una pagina scansionata. Il riconoscimento ottico dei caratteri non è disponibile.
- Lo strumento di firma aggiunge una dicitura testuale visibile. Non certifica né l’identità del firmatario né l’integrità del documento e non fornisce una firma elettronica con certificato.
- Il confronto riguarda il testo estratto, non tutte le differenze grafiche.
- Le elaborazioni non garantiscono né un’archiviazione conforme a PDF/A né un documento accessibile.
Permitted use
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must hold the rights needed to use the information it contains, in particular information about other people.
It is forbidden to use the service for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, to impersonate someone, to access other users' data or to circumvent technical protections and limits. Use that compromises security or availability may be interrupted or restricted.
The service is reserved for people aged 16 or over.
Personal data
The content you submit is sent to the service and its host to be processed and stored, with or without an account. The categories of data, recipients, retention periods and rights are described in the privacy policy. Using the service does not replace the obligations that apply to you when you submit data about other people.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights over the content you submit and over the files produced. You authorise the technical operations needed for the service, in particular the transmission, storage and processing of that content.
The elements of the site and the software used remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Availability and liability
The service may experience interruptions, in particular for maintenance, incidents or overload. You can report a problem from the Contatti page.
Each party is liable for the breaches attributable to it under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability or a right that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Reports and complaints
To report unlawful content or abnormal access, or to contest a restriction, use the report contact details. State the facts, the date and the email address of the account concerned, and give us a way to reply to you.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change with the service. The version and its update date are published on this page.
French law applies, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, you can first send a complaint to EURL ZENATI. The competent court is determined by the ordinary rules of law.
These terms are published in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
