Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung von BeauPDF, herausgegeben von EURL ZENATI. Die Kontaktdaten finden Sie im Impressum. Die Bedingungen sind vor dem Start einer Verarbeitung zugänglich.
Der Dienst verarbeitet Dokumente mit den verfügbaren Werkzeugen. Vor dem Hochladen oder Verarbeiten ist ein Konto mit bestätigter E-Mail-Adresse erforderlich. Als nicht verfügbar markierte Funktionen können nicht genutzt werden.
Funktionsweise
Wählen Sie ein Werkzeug, fügen Sie die benötigten Dateien hinzu, passen Sie die verfügbaren Optionen an und starten Sie die Verarbeitung. Akzeptierte Formate und werkzeugspezifische Einschränkungen werden in der jeweiligen Oberfläche angezeigt.
Die allgemeinen Grenzen liegen bei 50 MB pro Datei, 50 MB für alle Dateien zusammen, 50 Dateien pro Verarbeitung und insgesamt 500 PDF-Seiten. Zusätzliche Grenzen für Umfang, Dauer und Komplexität können zur Ablehnung einer Verarbeitung führen.
Der Dienst ist kein Sicherungsspeicher. Bewahren Sie Ihre Originale auf und laden Sie benötigte Ergebnisse herunter. Die Verfügbarkeitsdauer der Dateien ist beschrieben in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Optional account
You can create a free account or sign in with an email address and a one-time code received by email. Use an address you control and keep your codes confidential; temporary or disposable addresses are refused. The account is used to find your data again on several devices.
You can delete your data, or your account with all its data, from your account. Deleting data from the service does not erase copies you have already exported or downloaded.
Konto und persönlicher Bereich
Zum Hochladen und Verarbeiten ist ein identifiziertes Konto erforderlich. Dateien und Verarbeitungseinträge bleiben ab ihrer jeweiligen Erstellung 30 Tage gespeichert, höchstens 1 GB und 1.000 Dateien pro Konto, einschließlich Uploads und Ergebnissen.
Sie können Ihre Dateien löschen und über Ihr Profil die Kontolöschung anfordern. Dafür ist eine aktuelle E-Mail-Bestätigung erforderlich. Bei einer Unterbrechung muss die Löschung in Ihrem Bereich fortgesetzt werden. Das Löschen im Dienst entfernt keine bereits heruntergeladenen oder weitergegebenen Kopien.

Ergebnisse und Grenzen
Prüfen Sie Inhalt, Layout und Eigenschaften der Ergebnisdatei, bevor Sie sie verwenden oder weitergeben. Die Qualität hängt insbesondere vom Ausgangsdokument, den Schriften, Tabellen und dem Vorhandensein extrahierbaren Textes ab.
- Konvertierungen in Office-Formate rekonstruieren den Inhalt; eine identische Wiedergabe des Dokuments ist nicht garantiert.
- Werkzeuge zur Textextraktion erkennen keinen Text auf gescannten Seiten. Optische Zeichenerkennung ist nicht verfügbar.
- Das Signaturwerkzeug fügt sichtbaren Text hinzu. Es bestätigt weder die Identität der unterzeichnenden Person noch die Integrität des Dokuments und erstellt keine elektronische Signatur mit Zertifikat.
- Der Vergleich betrifft den extrahierten Text, nicht sämtliche grafischen Unterschiede.
- Die Verarbeitung garantiert weder eine PDF/A-konforme Archivierung noch ein barrierefreies Dokument.
Permitted use
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must hold the rights needed to use the information it contains, in particular information about other people.
It is forbidden to use the service for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, to impersonate someone, to access other users' data or to circumvent technical protections and limits. Use that compromises security or availability may be interrupted or restricted.
The service is reserved for people aged 16 or over.
Personal data
The content you submit is sent to the service and its host to be processed and stored, with or without an account. The categories of data, recipients, retention periods and rights are described in the privacy policy. Using the service does not replace the obligations that apply to you when you submit data about other people.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights over the content you submit and over the files produced. You authorise the technical operations needed for the service, in particular the transmission, storage and processing of that content.
The elements of the site and the software used remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Availability and liability
The service may experience interruptions, in particular for maintenance, incidents or overload. You can report a problem from the Kontakt page.
Each party is liable for the breaches attributable to it under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability or a right that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Reports and complaints
To report unlawful content or abnormal access, or to contest a restriction, use the report contact details. State the facts, the date and the email address of the account concerned, and give us a way to reply to you.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change with the service. The version and its update date are published on this page.
French law applies, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, you can first send a complaint to EURL ZENATI. The competent court is determined by the ordinary rules of law.
These terms are published in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
