Objeto y acceso
Estas condiciones regulan el uso de BeauPDF, publicado por EURL ZENATI, cuyos datos de contacto figuran en el aviso legal. Están disponibles antes de iniciar una operación.
El servicio transforma documentos con las herramientas disponibles. Antes de subir o procesar archivos se requiere una cuenta con email verificado. Las funciones marcadas como no disponibles no pueden utilizarse.
Funcionamiento
Elija una herramienta, añada los archivos necesarios, ajuste las opciones disponibles e inicie el procesamiento. Los formatos aceptados y las restricciones de cada herramienta se indican en su interfaz.
Los límites generales son 50 MB por archivo, 50 MB para el conjunto de archivos, 50 archivos por operación y 500 páginas PDF en total. Los límites adicionales de volumen, duración y complejidad pueden provocar el rechazo de una operación.
El servicio no es un espacio de copia de seguridad. Conserve sus originales y descargue los resultados que necesite. El plazo de disponibilidad de los archivos se describe en la política de privacidad.
Optional account
You can create a free account or sign in with an email address and a one-time code received by email. Use an address you control and keep your codes confidential; temporary or disposable addresses are refused. The account is used to find your data again on several devices.
You can delete your data, or your account with all its data, from your account. Deleting data from the service does not erase copies you have already exported or downloaded.
Cuenta y espacio personal
Se requiere una cuenta identificada para subir archivos y procesarlos. Los archivos y registros se conservan 30 días desde su respectiva creación, hasta 1 GB y 1.000 archivos por cuenta, incluidas cargas y resultados.
Puedes eliminar tus archivos y solicitar la eliminación de la cuenta desde tu perfil. Se requiere una verificación reciente del email para eliminar la cuenta. Si se interrumpe, debes reanudar la eliminación desde tu espacio. Borrar archivos del servicio no elimina las copias ya descargadas o compartidas.

Resultados y límites
Compruebe el contenido, la maquetación y las propiedades del archivo obtenido antes de usarlo o compartirlo. La calidad depende especialmente del documento original, las fuentes, las tablas y la presencia de texto extraíble.
- Las conversiones a formatos ofimáticos reconstruyen el contenido; no garantizan una reproducción idéntica del documento.
- Las herramientas de extracción de texto no reconocen el texto de una página escaneada. El reconocimiento óptico de caracteres no está disponible.
- La herramienta de firma añade una mención textual visible. No certifica la identidad del firmante ni la integridad del documento, ni proporciona una firma electrónica con certificado.
- La comparación abarca el texto extraído, no todas las diferencias gráficas.
- Los tratamientos no garantizan un archivo conforme a PDF/A ni un documento accesible.
Permitted use
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must hold the rights needed to use the information it contains, in particular information about other people.
It is forbidden to use the service for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, to impersonate someone, to access other users' data or to circumvent technical protections and limits. Use that compromises security or availability may be interrupted or restricted.
The service is reserved for people aged 16 or over.
Personal data
The content you submit is sent to the service and its host to be processed and stored, with or without an account. The categories of data, recipients, retention periods and rights are described in the privacy policy. Using the service does not replace the obligations that apply to you when you submit data about other people.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights over the content you submit and over the files produced. You authorise the technical operations needed for the service, in particular the transmission, storage and processing of that content.
The elements of the site and the software used remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Availability and liability
The service may experience interruptions, in particular for maintenance, incidents or overload. You can report a problem from the Contacto page.
Each party is liable for the breaches attributable to it under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability or a right that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Reports and complaints
To report unlawful content or abnormal access, or to contest a restriction, use the report contact details. State the facts, the date and the email address of the account concerned, and give us a way to reply to you.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change with the service. The version and its update date are published on this page.
French law applies, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, you can first send a complaint to EURL ZENATI. The competent court is determined by the ordinary rules of law.
These terms are published in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. In the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
