The home page now lets you add your documents, then choose an action compatible with their number and format. Selected files stay on your device until you start. Switching actions keeps your files.
PDFs and images in one document
The new tool Combine PDFs and images combines PDFs, JPGs and PNGs in your chosen order.
A clearer workspace
Navigation keeps the same compact format on every page. The catalogue, settings and guides share the Studio identity and the same visual hierarchy.
BeauPDF on its European domain
The primary domain is now www.beaupdf.eu. Previous addresses redirect to the new website.
More structured conversions
- PDF tables are reconstructed into columns for Excel and CSV, preserving detected empty cells.
- HTML and Markdown preserve a structure of headings, lists and tables. Document styles and external resources are ignored.
- Word conversion includes text, images and page breaks. PowerPoint preserves a graphical background and editable text when the PDF allows it.
Office layouts may need adjustments. Scanned documents do not benefit from text recognition.
Clearer checks
Files, settings and results are checked before use. Documents that are too large or complex may be rejected to stay within the service’s capacity.

Comparison analyses text. The signature adds visible text without certification. Compression depends on the PDF’s content and promises no percentage reduction.
