01. Add your files.
On the home page, add one or more files using the button or by dragging and dropping. BeauPDF prepares thumbnails and recognises formats in your browser. At this stage, your files stay on your device.
02. Choose an action.
Suggested actions depend on your files: reduce a PDF, merge several PDFs, combine PDFs and images, or convert a supported document. Add or remove files to update the suggestions. You can also open a tool directly from the catalogue pages.
03. Adjust and start.
Reorganise files and pages when the tool allows it. Move buttons provide an alternative to dragging and dropping. Adjust the settings, then start processing.
At processing time, an account with a verified email address is required to send files over HTTPS and retrieve results in your space. Processing runs in Paris, in the European Union. The page shows upload and processing progress.
Keep the tab open. If processing fails, a message explains the known cause, and your selected files remain available so you can adjust the settings or try again.
04. Check and download.
The result shows the generated files, their sizes and a preview when the format supports it. Download each file, or the ZIP archive offered for multiple results.
Check the content before using it. Conversions to editable formats can change layout, fonts or tables.
After processing.
Files become eligible for deletion after thirty days. Cleanup runs every fifteen minutes; an incident may delay deletion. BeauPDF is not a backup: always keep your originals and download your results.
