Practical guide

Add a text signature

Place your name or visible text on the pages you choose.

Visible text in the document

The tool adds the text you enter at the position and size you choose. You can select a page or a range. The text is embedded in the output PDF.

  1. Add your PDF.
  2. Enter your name, then choose the pages, position and size.
  3. Check the result before downloading the file.
No identity certification.

BeauPDF does not create a cryptographic signature, certificate or proof of identity. It currently offers neither handwritten drawing nor signature image import.

Keep the right document

Keep the original file. Visible text does not guarantee that the PDF will never be modified. For a process requiring a certified signature, use a service that meets the recipient’s requirements.
